Cynthia’s Presentations Teach:

Graciousness: through small acts of patience and understanding we can cross the divide that separates us. While our judgments create a chasm between us, acts of kindness quickly close this gap and energize our world. After a disappointing year of low, standardized test scores, a group of elementary school teachers were encouraged by Cynthia to be gracious to each other and to their students. Months later principal Karen Perea reported that staff morale had markedly improved as they now actively practice the three Gs.

Generosity: How people spend their money is more important to their happiness than how much money they have! Banish thoughts of “not enough” and the world opens to a great generosity of spirit. Relationships are what matter. Good relationships are a better predictor of happiness than wealth or health. As female motivational speaker, writer, and researcher Margaret Wheatley said, “I have learned that when we begin listening to each other, and when we talk of things that matter to us, the world begins to change.”

Gratitude: Americans have spent decades attempting to keep up with the Joneses. But have you stopped to consider if you even want what the Joneses have? Instead of focusing on “what I want next,” learn to appreciate what you have. When we really consider what we do have and what’s important to us, we begin to understand our true wealth and appreciate all the gifts in our life.

As one of our most inspiring female motivational speakers, Cynthia brings these simple acts and purposeful intentions together to teach us that we deserve to live a delicious life. She shows us how to become more engaged, fulfilled and passionate by defining the happiness we want for ourselves!
